ROBEL brings together material engineering, precision flow control and multilayer extrusion technology for the production of technical sheets used in the footwear industry.
ROBEL 3BOND Technology manages the co-extrusion of different polymers through independent flow channels, allowing them to meet only at the die exit.
This approach is especially relevant when working with materials that have very different processing temperatures and rheological behaviors.

3BOND line is based on an A/B - A/B/A co-extrusion structure:
▪️Outer functional layers designed for adhesive performance
▪️Central structural core designed for stiffness and shape retention
▪️One continuous co-extrusion process
